1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Our Plastic PE Corrugated Drainage Pipe Extrusion Machine consists of Extruder, Mold Blocks, Corrugated Forming Machine, Cooling Equipment,Counting Machine and Auto winding system. It can continuously produce many kinds of diameter single wall corrugated pipes in high speed.
We developed the mahcine on the basis of traditional structure, and give new designing on the forming table, we adopt SJ45, SJ65,SJ90,SJ120 to produce different range pipe diameter. This machine can be used to produce single-wall or one wall corrugated pipe of PE, PP, PVC, EVA as well as PA corrugated pipes.
Applications for single wall corrugated pipe extrusion line:
Finished pipes produced by our line have features of high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, good flexibility, etc. They are widely using in many fields, such as auto wire, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lanterns wire, tubes if air condutioner and washing machine, etc. The following are some specific application for your reference:

2. DETAILED FEATURES
1. Different type of main machine can be chosen in accordance with different material.
2. The die head for single wall corrugated pipe is specially designed for wide use scope, simple forming and even pipe wall.
3. The corrugator forming machine is optimum designed for high running speed and stable forming.
4. The cutting machine is specially designed for corrugated pipe for high precision cutting and no-damage to crest.
5. The screw and barrel is made of 38CrMoAIA alloy and processed with nitriding treatment, which makes durable use.
