1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Applications: 

Based on years of design and manufacture experience, we have developed our own model of Single Screw Extruder, our model is applicable to extruding various kinds of materials such as PP, PE, HIPS, ABS, PMMA, PC, etc. The extruder is widely used to produce products such as plastic board, sheet, hollowness grid board, cast film, water proof film, and plastic aluminum composite products.

Our extruder's feeding section is grooved structure with temperature controller, and easy to get high capacity and stable extrusion. With advanced BM screw structure, it is able to divide the HDPE material from solid to liquid, meanwhile with different sorts of molds and auxiliary machines, our extruder can produce all sorts of plastic pipe material, profiled material, plate material, sliced material, bar material and granulation.

Detailed features:

The screw has been applied with oil cooling system. Barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system. The system has applied special computer control. According to customer's requirements. Most reasonable screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity state and material quality.

The screw of extruder is made by high precision special digital screw miller; Extruding property can be highly harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screws with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut.

The distribution box of single screw extruder is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported, and the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure.

The electrical system of single screw extruder has mainly applied imported parts, it has multiple alarm system, and there are few problems which can be easily eliminated. The cooling system has applied special design, heat emission area is enlarged.

DETAILED FEATURES

1. Split spiral extrusion die head
Can maintain low melt pressure and low plasticization temperature. A wide range of polyolefin materials can be processed by this die head, too.


2. Vacuum calibrating tank and water spraying cooling tank
Adopts advanced water circulation, high pressure cooling system, installed with vacuum degree adjusting device and automatic water temperature and water level controlling system. All the pipelines are made of stainless steel to avoid rustiness.

3. Haul off caterpillars
Are made of abrasion-resistant material to ensure stable traction at high speed as well as a long service life.

4. The automatic non-scraped cutting machine
Is able to make perfect, non scraped cuts on the finished pipes. The cutting motion of the saw is controlled by a synchronous belts drive which operates very quietly.
