Three-layer PE Pipe Production Line
Our three-layer polyethylene (PE) pipe production line is an advanced extrusion system designed for manufacturing high-performance plastic pipes with a multi-layered structure. The line primarily consists of three co-extruders, a co-extrusion die head, a vacuum calibration tank, a cooling tank, a hauler, and a cutter. This configuration allows for the simultaneous extrusion of three distinct material layers, optimizing both cost efficiency and technical performance.
The production line is capable of manufacturing pipes with a wide diameter range, typically from 16 mm up to 630 mm. This versatility makes it suitable for both small-scale conduit applications and large-scale municipal projects.
The primary application of these three-layer pipes is in water supply and drainage systems, where the middle layer often incorporates recycled material to reduce costs without compromising structural integrity. Furthermore, these pipes are extensively used in natural gas distribution networks due to their excellent pressure resistance and safety.
